A small, clean modern pool in Parkland, Florida with marble decking and turf, built on a lot with very tight access. It took under 90 days from start to finish.
The starting point
A lakefront lawn with a hedge on one side and the house on the other. The yard looked simple, but getting equipment in and soil out was the hard part of this job.
Tight access
Access decides more about a small-lot pool than most people expect. It affects how the dirt leaves, how the shell gets shot and how the deck materials come in, and it is the difference between a smooth build and a mess. We planned the sequence around the access rather than fighting it.
The finished pool
A simple rectangle with marble decking and turf set between the pavers. On a smaller yard, keeping the shape clean makes the space feel bigger than a curved pool would.
