A new pool build in Parkland, Florida with a long list of features: a champagne modern spa, benches, a sun shelf with LED bubblers, deck jets, floating steps and turf accents. The build took 90 days to complete.
The starting point
An open side yard beside a two-story home, with the covered patio looking straight out at it. That view is what the design was built around.
Building it
Benches, the sun shelf and the spa were formed as part of the shell, which is what lets them sit flush in the finished pool instead of looking added on.
The finished pool
The sight line from the home to the spa drove the layout. The floating steps and turf accents keep it modern and clean, and the deck jets and LED bubblers give the yard something to do at night.
